The Plantation
The villa has 2 luxury bedrooms on the ground floor both with en-suites - 1 double and 1 twin. Both bedrooms have private terraces with stunning views, tables and parasols. The Master bedroom is situated on the first floor with a large balcony overlooking the views of the Lycian tombs and Iztuzu Beach. This bedroom has an en-suite bath. The bedrooms are equipped with hairdryers.
The open plan modern kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate 8 people with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle etc and has black granite worktops throughout.
The lounge and dining area are beautifully furnished and there is a TV and CD Player. The large 3 seater settee can be used as a single bed, with an extra 'Z' bed providing accommodation for a further 2 persons.
The entrance hall has a security alarm. Leading from the entrance hall is a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The villa is fully air conditioned.
The private garden, swimming pool and sun terraces have been beautifully landscaped and are equipped with sun loungers and parasols. There is a traditional Turkish Kosk with Turkish cushions to relax on. A large barbecue area with dining facilities is on the large terrace area where stunning views can be seen overlooking 'The Plantation' of Pomegranates.
The villa also has 4 bicycles for the use of guests

The Plantation
The Plantation is a beautiful new villa for 2007 standing on its own, in beautiful tranquil countryside surrounded by pomegranate trees. The villa is a 5 minute drive by car into town, but for those guests not hiring a car, the dolmus and local taxis stop at the end of the road.
