Villa Olemez

There are 2 double bedrooms and one twin. The master bedroom has a king sized bed plus spacious en-suite with bath and shower. There is a further family shower room shared by the other two bedrooms. A large balcony with mountain views is accessed from the upstairs landing.

The villa is fully air conditioned and has an attractive open plan ground floor, which has a very light and airy feel, with traditional Turkish carpets and Turkish coloured glass lights. The kitchen has granite worktops and is fully equipped with full oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. The washing machine is conveniently tucked away on the upstairs landing.

There are two separate lounge areas, one being at a slightly raised level, which is in a Turkish style around an open stone fireplace with traditional seating and cushions. The other has a sofa and armchairs plus TV (news only) with DVD and CD players. Dining is outside on the very large covered terrace leading directly from the kitchen, where there is a table and chairs seating eight. There are four steps leading from the terrace to the pool and garden, so young children will need to be carefully watched, although the gates of the terrace can be closed, making it secure.

The pool is surrounded by and extensive marble sun terrace with loungers, BBQ, shady Bar area with comfortable seats, as well as a cushioned Kosk. The pool has depths of 1.65 to 1.75 metres and so may not be suitable for non-swimmers and we advise that children are supervised at all times around the pool.

The villa is in a very peaceful location with beautiful views, yet within a short stroll of the town centre. It is being rented out for the first time in 2009 having previously being used solely as a family holiday home.
