Villa Dalyance
Villa Dalyance is a new villa,completed in May 2005. This villa is surrounded by mountain views and fields of fruit trees, yet is only a few minutes walk from the nearest restaurant and shop for essential supplies.
This villa sleeps 8 comfortably in 1 double and 3 twins and there is sleeping for 2 more in the lounge area. It is furnished to a very high standard with all modern conveniences for a perfect stay.
The master bedroom is large and has access to the out-door balcony and an en suite shower and toilet . The 3 other twin bed rooms share the shower and toilet room on the first floor and another shower and toilet room downstairs.
2 of the twin rooms have access to the balcony. From the balcony, the views are stunning of the gardens and pool and the beautiful scenery.
The large gardens are beautifully landscaped around the 50s metre pool, gazebo and barbeque area. There is also parking for a car.
The living area and kitchen are well equipped with oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and there is also a feature fire which can be lit in cooler months making this perfect for those wanting to spend a break here during the winter months.
There is a mobile phone and a satellite television.
The villa is fully air conditioned and cleaned twice weekly.
Villa Dalyance is 25 minutes walk from Dalyan centre.A rental car is preferable but taxis are cheap and plentiful and the bus service runs regularly for about 20p each way.
