Large private garden, large private pool (12 meters) and separate paddling pool. Four bedrooms all ensuite: there is a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms on the ground floor opening onto the pool, and a further double bedroom on the first floor with private balcony. There is a bed settee in the living room so sleeping up to 10. Full air conditioning throughout.

The spacious open-plan living area on the first floor has a delightful, large balcony overlooking the pool with beautiful views of the Lycian rock tombs – perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine as the sun goes down behind the mountain and the call to prayer echoes across the river. In the garden there are two traditional Turkish seating areas, dining area, outside kitchen area with fridge, barbecue, poolside shower, sun loungers etc. There is a DVD player, ipod dock, kitchen with microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher etc. Towels provided. Holiday reading, games, some cds/dvds, bicycles available for your use. Welcome basket on arrival. Plus free services of English guest host living nearby to assist in any way during your stay.
