Villa Meltem

There are 6 air conditioned bedrooms (3 bedrooms in each villa), all with en suite facilities. The 2 King-size and 2 twin suites have ensuite bathrooms and balcony and the third bed room (3 singles in 1, 1 double and 1 single in meltem2) has an en suite shower room. The large open plan kitchen and lounge areas have comfortable sofas and carefully selected decor and the kitchen is well equipped with granite worktops, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and full oven and hob. There is also a down stairs toilet and 'wet room' .
The third bedroom in Meltem 1 has 3 single beds, the third bedroom in meltem 2 has a double and a single bed.
The shady terrace is perfect for al fresco meals and sheltering from the heat of the day. The gardens are well stocked with fruit trees of various kinds and there are open views of the mountains. There is a large kirsch, with lovely views out to the mountains and over the fields, which has carpets and soft cushions and is ideal for relaxing and enjoying a cold drink anytime of the day.
There is a shady bar with freezer which will be stocked with 3 bottles of wine, 10 beers and some soft drinks for the children per villa on arrival. You are welcome to restock it once you have finished the complimentary drinks.
please help your self to the figs, apricots, plums, oranges, limes, courgettes, aubergines, fresh pepper and strawberries that are growing in the gardens.

This unique, spacious villa is located in the hamlet of Marmarli, 2km east of Dalyan, surrounded by beautiful mountains and the famous Gunluk trees. This is an ideal place for a holiday as it offers easy access to the delights of Dalyan and the surrounding area.

Villa Zeytin
Villa Zeytin is an attractive villa at the end of a quiet country road, overlooking cotton fields, about 15 minutes walk (or 5 minutes on bike) from the centre of Dalyan. It has a superb, architect-designed pool, which is 50 metres long and 1.8m deep and is shared with three other houses, and it sleeps 6 comfortably in airconditioned bedrooms.
The villa has its own private garden with a large terrace and shaded pergola, which are not overlooked, and provide seating for alfresco eating. There are also loungers and cushioned seating for sunbathing and relaxing, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after swims. The villa has its own inlet of the pool, where there are steps leading into the water, and a shared-50 metre lane.
