The ground floor comprises of an entrance porch, open plan kitchen with small breakfast area and terrace, lounge area with feature stone fireplace and a dining area with seating for 6. There is satellite TV, DVD and CD Player. The lounge area is air conditioned.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.

On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom.

The master bedroom has an ensuite with bath and also boasts a large dressing room. There is a family bathroom with shower that the other 2 bedrooms share. The master bedroom is air conditioned. Doors from the first floor hallway lead on to the balcony.

This villa also has a Large basement lounge area with TV, DVD and bed settees which can accommodate a further 2 guests.(4th bedroom) There is also a toilet and shower.
