Villa Kiydan apartments were built to the highest possible specification in 2007. Every year since we have sought to improve the facilities we offer for our guests.

All of the bedrooms have air conditioning, which is included in the rental price. The bathrooms are all equipped with a safety glass shower cubicle, luxury shower unit, toilet and hand basin.
Brand new for 2020, We have a detached 1-bedroomed bungalow for the people who has mobility problems.
The 2-bedroomed apartments, which can accommodate up to six people, have a double bed in the main bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom and two single sofa beds in the living area. The apartments are cleaned every day, and the bed linen and towels changed twice a week. We can provide pool towels if required and a laundry service is also available.
Our poolside bar and restaurant serves a range of drinks and home-cooked meals and snacks prepared by Rumeysa, my wife. On top of the restaurant is our special sun terrace, which offers spectacular views of Dalyan’s famous rock tombs all day and night. Once a week we organise a banquet evening on the sun terrace, when our guests can eat together and enjoy a wide range of freshly prepared tasty starters and a traditional main course.
The swimming pool is private and has a separate baby pool. Sunbeds are provided beside the pool and also on the sun terrace and we also have a Turkish Kosk (sitting area) which offers ample shade. Our swimming pool is approximately 14m x 9.5m, providing more than enough room for all of our guests.
Exciting news – brand new for 2019, we have installed salt water chlorination technology in our Villa Kiydan swimming pool!
Salt water chlorination is the healthiest system of pool treatment, enabling users to enjoy crystal-clear water without experiencing the discomfort often caused by harsh chemicals. Using electrolysis, the system is based on the natural production of sodium hypochlorite and oxygen from salt.
Our pool water now has a salinity level that approximates to a human tear and is six times lower than sea water. As a result, our new state of the art system will:
• Eliminate sore skin and eyes
• Ensure no more bleached hair and swimming costumes
• End the traditional taste and smell of a chlorinated swimming pool
Another new for 2019 we now have a number of bicycles that our guests can use to explore beautiful Dalyan.
With a transfer time from Dalaman airport to the apartments of only 30 minutes, you will be relaxing by our beautiful swimming pool in no time at all.
Although the number of visitors to this part of Turkey has increased in recent years, Dalyan essentially remains a small fishing town during the winter. Strict planning regulations have been in place for some time that have restricted all buildings to no more than two storeys high, meaning that there are no high rise buildings or hotels anywhere to be seen.
Dalyan has lots of restaurants, shops and bars, together with a good selection of supermarkets, all within 10-15 minutes walking distance from Villa Kiydan. Everyone who visits remarks on how friendly and welcoming the local people are – which probably explains why so many holiday makers return here on a regular basis.
The town is set on a river that leads upstream to a beautiful freshwater lake (Lake Koycegis), where you can visit the local mudbaths and hot springs, and downstream via a reed-filled delta to the sea and the famous Turtle Beach conservation area – home of the loggerhead (Caretta Caretta) turtle.
Just up the river from Caunos mountain with its historic city ruins and amphitheatre are the ancient Lycian rock tombs carved into the mountain side, Dalyan’s most famous feature.
Turtle Beach can be accessed either by boat downstream through the river delta or by taking a Dolmus public minibus from the town centre on a wonderfully scenic route that passes alongside a lake and through mountains on its way around the bay.
