Villa Erdem, located within a 10-15 minute walk from the city center and in a peaceful location, has been completely restored in 2022. Designed with a modern architecture, Villa Erdem offers a flawless experience for our valued guests. The villa consists of a total of 4 bedrooms, with 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. You can enjoy pleasant meals at the spacious and sun-protected veranda with a dining table for 6 people. The villa also features a large 45m2 pool and a barbecue area right next to the pool, making it almost inevitable to have a fun time during your vacation.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, featuring a stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, microwave, as well as small appliances such as a kettle, toaster, bread toaster, tea kettle, coffee machine, and more. The villa is also equipped with cutlery, dinnerware, pots, and pans according to its capacity.

The living room offers a comfortable seating group with a modern L-shaped sofa, coffee table, TV, and air conditioning.

Bedroom 1: This room includes 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand, and air conditioning. Additionally, there is a bathroom and toilet on the ground floor for the use of this bedroom.

The villa has a spacious 650m2 garden with a 45m2 swimming pool located at the front. Sufficient number of sun loungers and parasols are available. Additionally, you can enjoy extended hours of dining pleasure with the barbecue located in the garden.

All textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed, and packaged in our company’s laundry room in a well-equipped and hygienic environment after each guest departs. They are then made ready for use by new guests.

With the awareness of prioritizing the health and hygiene of our guests, the villa is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every guest check-in/check-out within the same day.
