The villa is one of 5 set in manicured gardens (1275 sq metres) with a 360 view of the surrounding mountains.
A large 60 sq m swimming pool which has been designed for the non-swimmer as well as the more experienced with depths from 90cm to 160cm and operates from 1st May until the 31st October. There are 6 sunbeds with cushions, umbrella and outdoor setting for six at your disposal.
Each villa boasts its very own orange and lemon trees. Established flowering shrubs and colourful trees complete this magnificent vista.

Extra Information
A Turkish Hamam (original style bath house)is located 100 metres away. Daily tours, car, scooter, quad bike and boat hire are available in the village at very reasonable prices. A small shop for bread, drinks etc and hotel restaurants for a leisurely breakfast are all just 150 metres from your front door. A local hotel offers breakfasts and other meals and casual drinks and nibbles just 100 metres from your front door. Buses to Ortaca, Fethiye & Marmaris are a 2 minute walk and run regularly every day in summer. There is a local clinic for medical needs as well as 2 English speaking doctors and dentists available in the village for any treatment needed. Dalyan has over 100 restaurants and bars with unique situations right on the riverside with perfect views of the 3,000 year old Lycian tombs.
