Description

This villa offers one of the largest grounds in Dalyan centre. It has had the benefit of an interior designer and is tastefully decorated with original artwork. There is free WiFi, air-con and 5 bikes( used at guests’ own risk) and accommodates 12 people all en suite. The ground floor has an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with flat screen TV and WiFi. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all mod cons- fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, full oven with gas rings and kettle. This area has been upgraded Nov 202o with new flooring. The beds are all 2 metres long suiting tall guests.
Ground floor

Combination units and settees around a glass coffee table form enough seating for all the guests.There is a flat screen TV and wifi .The granite topped kitchen contains more than enough crockery to accommodate 12 with additional small electrical goods such as a slow cooker, a juicer, hand mixer , blender,health grill, toaster etc. There is further storage space in the hall just off the kitchen for items like pans, pressure cooker, plastic containers, serving dishes etc. The dining area has glass and wrought iron dining tables and the wrought iron chairs seat 12.
Exterior

Outside opposite the pool is a Private bar with seating for 16 around a huge marble table with a stone BBQ , (outside shower behind )and a fridge freezer for your wine, beer and snacks. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO MOVE THE TABLE. There is a covered area at the back of the villa, a kosk, for those who want to avoid the sun. There is also an out building , depot, which houses 3 washing machines, cleaning and maintenance equipment. Feel free to use the washers but please avoid this when the cleaning ladies are in.

Off the lounge there is a king size double (all beds have superior mattresses and are 2 meters long) , dressing table, extensive wardrobes with drawers and bedside cabinets . The En suite is a full corner bath, WC with integrated bidet, over bath shower ,double sinks and cabinets. There is a small private terrace off this room. Opposite is a twin with with wardrobes , bedside cabinets, and a dressing table . En suite is a new ( November 2020) wet room with non slip floor tiles, shower, hand basin and WC with integrated bidet and cabinet. There is a small private terrace off this room.

First floor

The first floor has the master suite with king size bed , wardrobes , bedside cabinets and dressing table. The ensuite to this consists of a large walk-in shower, toilet with integrated bidet, double sinks and a 2 person Jacuzzi bath .( Please fill with cold water and flush before use as not all clients use it ). Off this room is a large concrete balcony overlooking the extensive gardens , the pool and gives a great view of the storks’ nest.

The other two bedrooms mirror the ground floor. One king size bedroom with full bathroom and one twin with wet room (also newly installed Nov 2020). Both rooms have small balconies. The hall on this floor has cupboards for towels and bed linen. There is also a selection of books here .
Top Floor.
The top floor has a king size 4 poster bed , wardrobes and drawers. There are two alcove beds for children shorter than 5’6” , a double bed settee and an arm chair. There is a magnificent hand woven Turkish rug and a walk-in shower room washbasin and WC/ bidet. There is NO balcony for safety .
All bedrooms are air conditioned and have WIFI on every level

This large villa accommodates 12 people privately although the top floor has sleeping facilities for a further 4 guests. If this extra accommodation is required please contact the owner to negotiate a small extra charge.The villa has a cot and highchair . Additional cots etc can be arranged at a small rental price from the service agent in resort. A chef and additional cleaning can also be provided . Please supply your own beach towels as an additional 12 beach towels , on top of all the normal bed linen and towels ,make the changeover day very difficult even though there are 3 washing machines.

All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes, dressing tables and bedside drawers and lamps Apart from the top floor 4 poster bedroom, all have private balconies Ground floor bedroom 1 has a king size half tester bed with double wash basins , full size bath with overhead shower. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds with wet room. First floor- bedroom 3 is a twin with wet room. Bedroom 4 is a king size bed with double sinks and bath with over head shower. Bedroom 5, the master suite, has a king size bed , TV and a magnificent en-suite bathroom with double sinks, Jacuzzi bath and a large separate shower. The bedroom leads out on to a large balcony which over looks the extensive gardens and private swimming pool. Bedroom 6, in the eaves on the top floor boasts a king size 4 poster, 2 alcove seats or small beds, a double bed settee and arm chair. There is a shower wet-room en suite.
Kitchen

This cream solid wood fitted kitchen has a cream and terracotta granite work surface.It is well equipped with a microwave oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and full oven and many additional small electrical items.
Living Rooms

The open plan living room features a mosaic insert, comfortable seating, flat screen satellite TV and a beautiful Turkish carpet. The lounge has been extended to include additional seating.
Other

All rooms have had the benefit of an interior designer and are decorated with customised art work to compliment the colour schemes. There is a raised covered seating area outside called a kosk (kirshk) and a recently installed outside bar. There are sun beds with comfortable cushions and umbrellas for shade.
