Irem Villa is located in a mountain setting in the village of Goekbel. Set on a hill it has the benefits of cooler air and fresh afternoon winds. This charming, restored villa is decorated with both a traditional turkish style and modern contemporary feel. Sleeping up to seven people – it is available for rental all year round. It has been constructed with Cappadocia stone which means the villa has a natural insulation remaining cool inside during the summer months yet keeps out the cold in the winter. The villa is fully air-conditioned and fitted with TV’s and wireless internet connection.

On the ground floor you enter into a modern comfortably furnished lounge with large stone fireplace, two sofas and LCD TV with Digiturk Satellite showing English/European and Turkish channels. This open plan area leads to a dining table and very well equipped kitchen. There are two large bedrooms on the ground floor both with ensuite. Upstairs is a bright and airy Master Bedroom with large ensuite bathroom incorporating a corner Jacuzzi bath and shower. Glass windows that run the length of the room open out to a terrace with amazing views over the delta. The fourth bedroom sleeps one and is can also be used as a working space. It comprises of a sofa bed plus desk, bookcase and TV with double aspect sliding doors.

There is off-road parking and a garden laid to lawn which leads down to the newly planted olive and orange orchard. The terrace has a BBQ, wooden table and chairs and leads to the patio with sunloungers which in turn leads to the 40sqm eco-friendly infinity salt water pool inbuilt with a curved seating area within the pool.

Ideally suited for honeymooners looking for a quiet, getaway or perhaps as a workplace with only the views to interrupt you!
