The three en suite bedrooms, sleep six comfortably in two doubles and one twin. Bedroom 1 is the master en suite with huge shower room. There is a dressing area and air conditioning. French doors lead out onto the large veranda, shaded with bedroom 2, that has glorious views of the village, delta and beach – the first thing you see each morning.

Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom en suite with shower and air conditioning. It has French doors leading onto a Juliet balcony facing the pool terrace, so is more secure for children.
Kitchen

Doors from the hall lead past the downstairs cloakroom, past the utility storage cupboards and through French doors into the large, open plan kitchen diner and lounge area. The kitchen is fully fitted with wooden wall and floor units and granite worktops. It is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and everything you need. The adjacent handmade dining table is large and seats 8 people in comfort. There is a sideboard and comfortable seating area perfect for reading, relaxing and resting in the shade.
Living Rooms

The lounge is fitted in relaxed style with armchairs and a bench sofa. There is a DVD player but no TV, and open fireplace. Three sets of French doors lead onto the garden terraces where there are plenty of further seating options so you can find your very own perfect spot on a shaded veranda which has stunning views of the delta, beach and mountains beyond.

Wifi is available through a mobile router (dongle)which will be topped up for guests to use. Once the credit is used up Apo will be happy to top it up for guests at an extra cost. at Cicek Evi is fully air conditioned throughout.

Pool Terrace
The main pool terrace sits to the side of the house. The private swimming pool is surrounded by the garden terraces which include a stone built BBQ, shaded dining area seating 6 people, pool shower, sun loungers and parasols. Mature grape vines, citrus and olive trees and bougainvillea fill the borders and climb the garden walls The pool dimensions are approximately 6m x 4m x1.5m deep.
