Delightful Villa Istanbul situated along the Iztuzu beach road, located at the left hand side end of a long lined driveway amidst a stunning landscaped garden. The villa has 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 people. Outside there is a large L shaped shady terrace to the front and side of the property furnished with a r sofa , chairs and a dining table seating 8. The terrace is accessed through double doors from the open plan kitchen/lounge area, and overlooks the large pool. The ground floor consists of kitchen, large lounge with comfortable seating and flat screen TV, internet, this leads onto a dining area. On the 1st floor two double bedded room with a juliette balcony with stunning mountain views. The further double bedroom has a twin bedded again with stunning mountain views.Ground floor double room has a garden view. Safe, inside security locks on windows and doors along with mosquito nets.
Sun beds and private pool complete the recipe for lazy living but, if you do feel energetic take a walk to the path road through to the village . The area is teeming with wildlife and of course storks in season. Look out for the lizards in the garden and the odd passing tortoise.

UPSTAIRS

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs two with double beds and one with twin single beds. All have matching bedroom furniture and of very good quality. All 3 bedrooms have en suites comprising of showers,toilets & hand-wash basins.Each bedroom has access to their own balcony to relax and enjoy a drink and take in the peace and quiet and the spectacular views of Dalyan mountains and pine forests.
Kitchen

You find the villa has a modern kitchen which comes fully equipped with all the necessary equipment you’ll need. Appliances are: Gas hob / elec Oven, fridge/freezer,dishwasher,microwave & washing machine. Smaller appliances comprise off:kettle, toaster, cay pot(tea), coffee machine, Turkish coffee maker and sandwich toaster.

Living Rooms

Leading from the kitchen is a large comfortable lounge with ample comfortable sofa’s and a wall mounted flat a screen TV with satellite TV ( Turkish & English channels) albeit English channel maybe limited.In this super lounge you’ll find there are bi folding doors which you can open letting the outside in on to the covered veranda providing you with lots of space and allowing all the family to be together no matter where they are relaxing.. Also within the lounge area you can find a further dining table and chairs.
Other

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
Towels (including pool towels) and linen are included. The villa is cleaned once per week and linen and towels are changed. However extra towels and linen are readily available in the basement wardrobe of the villa and may be used as needed.

The villa has been carefully designed to provide a ‘Home from Home’ atmosphere, and high specification accommodation. Fully air conditioned Villa Istanbul is used as a family home by the owners out of season. We hope you will enjoy a holiday in this wonderful location.. We emphasize, our guests responsibility for the safety of their party whilst in the villa, pool and garden.
The villa is complete with a security alarm system if required.
Outdoor tables and chairs are suitable for al-fresco dining.
The gardens are well stocked with flowers and shrubs and well maintained.
The veranda at the rear of the villa looks over the gardens and pool and provides a pleasant relaxing area for eating or just chilling out.
