Situated in a quiet, chilled out area of Gulpinar, it remains within an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of town so enjoying the best of both worlds. The nearest restaurant, bar and supermarket is a 5 minute walk.

Lounge:

On entering the property via a spacious terrace, you will come into an Ottoman style, open plan lounge/kitchen area with ample dining and lounge seating. The lounge is equipped with TV/DVD Player and a selection of board games and books. A real wood burning fire is also situated in the lounge for those cooler evenings.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully furnished with gas hob/electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and plenty of kitchen utensils to make your stay a real home from home.

Bedrooms:

Master bedroom: Double Bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, bedside tables, en suite shower room. Ceiling fan. Views are overlooking the mountains and pomegranate fields.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds, bedside tables, dressing table , wardrobes. Views are overlooking the mountains and pomegranate fields.

Bedroom 3: Double bed, wardrobes.

A family bathroom is available for Bedrooms 2 & 3. A further WC is situated on the ground floor.

All rooms are air conditioned.

The 1st floor landing provides a joint access to the balcony which is perfect for enjoying a drink at the end of day, savouring the mountain views and stunning sunsets.

Outside:

The spacious terrace provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining, overlooking the large garden with various fruit trees and private pool. You will also find a traditional stone BBQ for your use, an outdoor bar/seating area and a beautiful Turkish Kosk with hammock for ultimate relaxation. There is an outdoor pool shower and sun loungers/shades for all guests.

Other : The villa has a washing machine, clothes line, iron and ironing board,hair dryers .

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath towels and linen included , A full clean prior to arrival and after departure is provided. Extra in between cleans can be arranged if required. However these would be at extra cost to renters.
