Its quiet location with gardens and large pool to the rear of the villa give privacy and stunning views of the rock tombs and surrounding mountains. The villa is fitted with a security alarm system and integrated sound system on both floors.

There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin room all with luxury en-suite facilities & hairdryers. There are two king-sized bedrooms and two twin bedrooms all with stunning views
Kitchen

Both levels have a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances required (cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster) etc.
All crockery, pans, cutlery, glasses (plastic for around the pool and for children) are provided.Indoor and outdoor dining tables for 8. The kitchen units are made of solid local wood and are complimented with black granite worktops and all floors are marble with traditional rugs.
Living Rooms

There are two `living’ areas with feature fireplaces one on each level. There is also comfortable sofas on each floor, with a TV/DVD.
Other

The fantastic outdoor “living” area gives an ideal setting to enjoy the super Turkish climate. Exiting from the ground floor lounge or bedrooms the marble terrace greets you with its cushioned sun loungers, shower and barbecue. To the side of the pool is a traditional shaded Turkish kosk raised cushioned seating area with a bar for the essential cool drinks.
The large pool also has an adjoining round shallow children’s pool which is also a “jacuzzi”. There is also a lawned space for games and playing, a children’s treehouse/climbing frame and of course palm trees.All indoor rooms are air conditioned/heated and the windows are double glazed with mosquito nets fitted.
