If you are looking for a peaceful retreat away from mainstream tourist resorts, then you have found your haven! Villa Rüyam, is an exclusive, luxury, four bedroom villa set amongst pine forests and olive groves in the mountains outside Dalyan with a stunning salt water swimming pool and sunken hot tub.With spectacular views of almost 360 degrees that includes sunset over the award-winning Iztuzu turtle beach, Villa Rüyam provides the ultimate getaway!
The Villa is a single-storey house but built on two levels and is fully-equipped as either a holiday home or as a unique environment for those able to work from home . The four double bedrooms with kingsize beds (and two with additional day beds) are individually designed and decorated and well appointed with en-suite shower rooms. You only need to bring yourselves and supply your food! The nearest restaurants and supermarkets are a short, 10 minute car ride away.
The two lower level bedrooms and all living spaces are relatively accessible by wheelchair. As well as the fully-fitted kitchen there is an outdoor Turkish oven, two barbecue cooking areas and ample eating areas indoors and outside, with a killim-cushioned köşk, eight sun loungers and a table tennis table for those more energetic.
Guests will have complete and private access to the whole villa and gardens.
There is a car port with space for two cars and ample parking on the main drive.
A pool boy will visit most days during the summer and a gardener will come once a week to mow lawns etc.
Please note: Car hire is strongly advised.
